Coming Unglued by Rebeca Seitz

Photobucket

Okay...this review is going to be pure torture, but I have to do it. My love of great books compels me to do it. So, a moment of silence, please....

Thank you.

Why all the drama?

Because "Coming Unglued" doesn't release until July 2008, and I have read it. No, correction...DEVOURED IT! If you loved "Sisters, Ink", you will ADORE it's sister sequel:-) (Had you going there, didn't I?? LOL!!)

This is Kendra' story, and it is a powerful tale of how our experiences in childhood can shape our choices as adults, both for good and for...not-so-good. While Kendra has entered into a wonderful and healthy relationship with Darin, someone else is lurking in the shadows of her past.

Question is, will Kendra bring him and her relationship into the light, or remain in darkness, believing the enemy's lies and deceit? What will happen if she chooses to come clean? Can those who love her forgive, or will she forever bear the stain from her youth?

Forgiveness...repentance...cleansing...healing. These are all major themes in "Coming Unglued". Along the way we have fun, of course. These are four wacky sisters: Meg, Joy, Tandy and Kendra. Their scrap booking business is just getting off the ground with resounding success...

...just like this new "hobby-lit" series by one of my favorite authors!

"Coming Unglued" gets six out of five bookmarks from me, with a box of tissues as a charm. If Rebeca doesn't stop making me cry at the end of every book.....! Well, I'm just sayin'!

"Coming Unglued" releases July 2008 from B&H Books (nee-ner-nee-ner...oh, that wasn't nice, now was it:-) Seriously, you can't miss this one! But, until then, here's my review of "Sisters, Ink" to hold you till then:-)

Happy Reading!

Deena

P.S. The good news is, with four sisters, we've got a lot of great reading ahead. The bad news...Rebeca can't write FAST enough:-) And that's a VERY good thing!
