My Thoughts:
Lauren has a tender heart, and Elijah has a lot to learn about forgiveness. A storm is coming in more ways than one, so batten down the hatches for one of this summer's best novels!
Candace always crafts a winning story, but this one is rich with breath-taking action and true-to-life family situations that will have tears streaming. Never fear, she always sprinkles just the right amount of humor and witty writing she's known for.
Many authors have what are known as tag-lines, giving the reader a clue into what kind of fiction comes from a particular author's imagination. I'd have no problem tagging Candace as "Pulse-Racing Fiction", or even "Adrenaline Rush Romance". Both perfectly describe her stories.
Fans of medical dramas will be thrilled with "Life Support", and find writing that is so rich and authentic and character driven. Forget the 'who's in the supply closet with whom' of today's fodder. This writing has substance and heart that will have you searching for another book by Candace.
