Back Cover Blurp:
When the road home becomes daunting—sometimes a very capable girl on a
bicycle can help find the way.
When principal ballerina Sasha Davis suffers a career-ending injury at age thirty-eight, she leaves her Boston-based dance company and retreats to the home of her youth in Minnesota. But Sasha’s injuries limit her as much as her mother’s recent death haunts her. Concluding she can’t recover alone, Sasha reluctantly hires a temporary live-in aide.
Enter the übercapable Evelyn Burt. As large-boned as Sasha is delicate, Evelyn is her employer’s opposite in every way. Small town to Sasha’s urban chic, outgoing to Sasha’s iciness, and undaunted where Sasha is hopeless, nineteen-year-old Evelyn is newly engaged and sees the world as one big, shiny opportunity.
Evelyn soon discovers Sasha needs to heal more than bones. Slowly, as the wounds begin to mend and the tables tilt, the two women form an unlikely alliance and discover the astounding power of even the smallest act done in the name of love. Finding Our Way Home is a story of second chances and lavish grace.

My Thoughts:
It's been a LONG time since I devoured a novel in one sitting! Once I began I couldn't stop reading until I reached the very satisfying last page. And what a wonderful story, with excellent, well-developed characters. I loved Sasha, even though I sensed she wanted me to keep my distance at first. Her wounds were more than physical, and she needed great healing from the Great Physician.
And Evelyn...what a hoot! I wish I had her in MY life! She's so honest, open and loving...and so real. I drank in every morsel of wisdom she doled out to Sasha as she cared for her. And watching Evelyn hope and dream for her own future was exquisitely painful....you'll have to read the book to see how her life turns out!
This is the third in an enchanting series by Charlene Baumbich. Each novel includes a snow globe that seems to draw the owner in with unique characteristics...almost as if the globe contained life instead of fake flakes and soapy water! I love how Charlene weaves the elements of the snow globes into the stories so seamlessly...hoping she isn't done with this series for a good, long time.
My copy of "Finding Our Way Home" was given to me by Kelly Blewett and was published by Waterbrook Press in exchange for an honest review. This novel, as well as Charlene's other books are all HIGHLY recommended!
Happy Reading!

Deena! I don't know how I missed this during release, but what a TERRIFIC REVIEW! Thank you SO MUCH. I love the way you express your thoughts, as if the characters are living next door to you and you're personally reacting to their presence.
Peace and grins and THANK YOU AGAIN!
