Back Cover Blurp:
Read the rhymes, lift the flaps, and let little ones discover God as the
source of every good thing as children from around the world recognize God's
everyday gifts---from yummy pancakes to daisies on the hill and rainbows in the
sky. It's time to cuddle up together and count our blessings.
My Thoughts:
Again, Allia Zobel Nolan has crafted an engaging, interactive book for young ones! The rhyming and cadence of the words is fun, and easy for the youngest pre-schooler to grasp. The illustrations are full of life and colors. Don't be surprised if you spend lots of time on each page, you'll find so much to take in!
The life-the-flap feature is just enough 'surprise' without taking away from the reading. Little fingers will have no problem turning pages or finding the hidden treasures.
My grandson has become my go-to guy for preschool books, and he loved looking at the pictures and hearing me read the story. I received a complimentary copy from Allia Zobel Nolan in exchange for my honest review, and it now belongs to my three-year-old grandson for naptime reading with Nana!
He (and I) highly recommend this one!
Happy Reading!
