Circle of Grace by Leslie Gould

In all my years of reading, I've never found a series written by multiple authors that fits together so seamlessly! Leslie Gould has authored the third book in the "Home to Heather Creek" series from Guideposts, and her edition blends in with the others perfectly.

Unfortunately, in "Circle of Grace", life isn't blending as well for the Stevenson family. Sam is struggling with his grades, and his so-so desire to be a kicker for the high school football team.

Emily has found a new best friend, and grandmother Charlotte has an uneasy feeling about this new friendship. But, still filled with regrets from her broken relationship with daughter Denise, Charlotte is afraid of pushing her granddaughter away from her.

Christopher is settling in well on the family farm, but his only friend are his siblings and his Uncle Pete. What is holding him back from reaching out to the others at his school?

Blended families are a challenge, and when they become blended by tragedy, the issues seem to compound. Leslie's novel illustrates how to work through those issues and how to do so with God's grace.

I'm giving "Circle of Grace" four out of five bookmarks, with a cell phone as a charm...Emily seems tied to hers, as many teens are! I don't know who selected these authors for this series, but high praise to the editor and creator of this series!

Happy Reading!
