I put off reading this novel as long as possible...I couldn't stand knowing the Sweet Seasons Series was coming to an end! Debbie Viguie is a delightful new voice in Christian teen lit, and I hope she comes up with another novel soon!

"The Spring of Candy Apples" finds Candace working again at the most popular amusement park, 'The Zone'. This time, she's not only a permanent hire, she's also up for a full scholarship to Florida Coast College.

With her popularity at an all time high, Candace still doesn't see herself through the eyes of those who love her. Her potential is within her reach...can she believe in herself and the power of God within her to achieve her dreams?

Relationships end and begin in this final chapter to a delicious series. I only wish 'The Zone' was real! Debbie writes with heart and humor, and the issues Candace and her friends struggle with are genuine and filled with faith.

This is the perfect summer reading series for any teen girl (or mom of teen girls). I only wish I had another series by Debbie to fill MY summer months! But, for now, I'm giving "The Spring of Candy Apples" five out of five bookmarks, with a yearbook as a charm.
