My Toddler Bible by Juliet David, illustrations by Chris Embleton-Hall

About the Book:

Fans of Chris Embleton-Hall's cheerfully distinctive artwork will be eager to see this new Bible! Twenty stories—nine from the Old Testament and eleven from the New—are retold in a concise and friendly manner in a rounded, easy-to-read font. Very, very bright, and very, very fun!

My Thoughts:

What a cute Bible for little ones!  The illustrations are whimsical and colorful, and the stories are easy to understand.  Nine well known stories from the Old Testament are featured, along with eleven from the New Testament.

The cover is sturdy, and the pages are easy to turn for little fingers.  This is such a fun Bible for toddlers and preschoolers, and a great way to introduce her to God's Word.

My only quibble is this: the actual references to the stories in the Bible aren't included, but parents, I encourage you to take your little ones to your Bible.  Begin to teach your children early on that the stories in the Bible are true.

I received a complimentary copy of "My Toddler Bible" from Kregel Publishing in exchange for an honest review.  Recommended.

Happy Reading!
